    1/ نقترح إضافة الاغذيه أدناه حيث انه تم وضع حدود للمعادن الثقيلة فيها من قبل الكودكس ومصادر عالميه أخري معترف بها علما بان هذه الاغذيه مستهلكه في محيطنا العربي:
